Refund PolicyFlexGuard Refund Policy: 60 Days From Purchase
Every pack, opened bottles included, 60 days from purchase.
Call the order desk for a return authorisation before posting anything, put your name, email and order ID inside the box, and send it tracked at your own cost unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong through the seller's error.
The full policy in plain words, with the two mistakes that stall a valid refund named before the steps rather than after them.
The FlexGuard policy in eight lines
Eight rows, and the second one is the row worth reading twice.
| Policy | |
|---|---|
| Window | 60 days |
| Counted from | The date of purchase |
| Applies to | All three packs, from two bottles to six |
| Condition of goods | Opened bottles are included |
| Authorisation | Required before posting. Call the order desk |
| Return postage | The buyer's, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong through the seller's error |
| Returns address | 180 Maiden Lane, Floor 6, New York, NY 10038, USA, after authorisation only |
| Processing | 3 to 5 business days, then 5 to 10 days on the card |
This policy applies to orders placed through the checkout on this website. A bottle bought from another seller is covered by that seller's policy.
The second line is worth being precise about, because the seller's own product page words the same window differently. This desk prints the supplier sheet’s version, which counts from the day you paid and is the earlier of the two readings. The guarantee page sets both out in full and explains why the earlier date is the safe one to work from.
The date is on the checkout confirmation email.
Claiming a FlexGuard refund, step by step
Six steps, and the first two are the ones that go wrong most often.
Find the purchase date, and count from it
The window opens on the day you pay. It is on the checkout confirmation email, and it is the one date worth writing on the bottle.
Call the order desk with your order ID
The number is on the order email and in the footer here. The website address cannot see orders, so it cannot start a refund.
Ask for a return authorisation and the return address
Do not post bottles back before you have both. An unannounced parcel can be refused, and a refused parcel is a refund that never happens.
Put your full name, email and order ID inside the box
A box with nothing in it but bottles is the commonest reason a refund stalls.
Post it tracked, at your own cost
Return postage is the buyer’s unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong through the seller’s error. Keep the tracking number until the money lands.
Expect 3–5 business days to process, then 5–10 on the card
Two separate waits, and the second one belongs to your bank rather than to the desk.
What the FlexGuard desk needs from you
Four short lists, and the last one is the one people throw away too early.
Before you call
The order ID and the purchase date, both on the checkout confirmation. The desk searches on the email address used at the checkout, so have that too.
What you get on the call
A return authorisation reference and the return address. Write both down. Posting bottles back without them risks a refused parcel, which is postage spent and a refund that never starts.
What goes inside the box
Your full name, the email address used at the checkout, the order ID and the authorisation reference, on a sheet of paper inside rather than on the outside where a label can cover it.
What to keep
The tracking number, until the money is on the card. It is the only proof that the parcel arrived, and return postage is the buyer's risk as well as the buyer's cost.
[email protected] reads these pages, handles corrections and answers privacy questions. It has no access to the order system. Refunds are +1 (877) 257-0710 or [email protected], every time.
When FlexGuard return postage is not yours
Three situations where the postage is not yours, and one that is not one of them.
Return postage is the buyer's in the ordinary case. There are three situations where it is not, and all three are the seller's error rather than a change of mind:
The parcel arrived damaged. Photograph it before opening anything and call the same day. A damaged parcel reported on the day it arrives is a straightforward replacement; the same report a month later is a conversation.
The product arrived defective. A broken or missing safety seal is the clearest example, and the label's own instruction covers it: “Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing.”
The wrong item arrived. A different pack size, a different product, or fewer bottles than ordered. Count the bottles before the box goes in the recycling.
In all three, call the order desk before doing anything else. The desk cannot arrange a replacement or cover postage for something it has not been told about.
Deciding the capsule did nothing. That is exactly what the guarantee is for and it is a valid refund, but the postage is yours, and the window is measured from the day you paid rather than from the day you decided.
What the FlexGuard guarantee does not cover
Five things outside the policy, four of them avoidable with a phone call.
- Bottles bought elsewhere. A marketplace listing carries that seller's policy, and this desk cannot refund an order it did not take.
- Requests after day sixty. Counted from the date of purchase. Starting the conversation with three or four days in hand removes the only real risk here.
- Parcels posted back without authorisation. They can be refused, and a refused parcel is postage spent for nothing.
- A medical outcome. A money-back window is a purchase policy. Nothing on this website claims the product treats, prevents or manages any condition.
- Shipping charged at the checkout, where a refund covers the pack price. Ask the order desk what applies to your order.
Five exclusions is a short list for a policy of this kind, and four of the five are procedural rather than substantive. The window itself is wide: every pack, opened bottles, sixty days from purchase.
Timing a FlexGuard refund so it does not run out
Five stages, one deadline, and only the first is really yours to manage.
The window is sixty days and the process inside it has three waits, none of them long and all of them worth planning around.
| Stage | How long | Who controls it |
|---|---|---|
| Deciding | Up to day 60 from purchase | You. Most buyers who claim do it between week six and week eight |
| Getting a return authorisation | One phone call | The order desk. Call rather than email if the deadline is close |
| Posting the parcel back | Whatever the carrier takes | You and the carrier. Tracked post is the buyer's own protection |
| Processing the refund | 3 to 5 business days after it arrives | The order desk |
| The money appearing | A further 5 to 10 days | Your bank, not the desk |
The request has to be made inside sixty days. The posting and the processing happen afterwards and do not have to be finished by day sixty.
The row worth reading twice is the first one. A request made on day fifty-six leaves room for a voicemail, a weekend or a missed call; a request made on day fifty-nine does not. Nothing else in this process has a hard deadline attached to it.
The last row is the one people chase the desk about, and it is the one the desk cannot shorten. Once a refund is issued it sits with the card issuer, and five to ten days is an ordinary bank timescale rather than a delay.
FlexGuard refunds: short answers
What is the refund window?
60 days from purchase of your order.
Are opened bottles refundable?
Yes, on every pack. A window that only covered sealed bottles would not be a trial of anything.
Do I need a return authorisation?
Yes. Call the order desk before posting anything. An unannounced parcel can be refused.
Who pays the postage?
You do, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong through the seller's error.
How long until the money arrives?
Three to five business days for the desk to process, then five to ten more before your bank posts it.
