Privacy PolicyFlexGuard Privacy Policy: What This Website Holds, Which Is Very Little
This website takes no payments and holds no accounts.
There is no login, no basket, no newsletter and no marketing sequence. The two templates on the contact page do not submit anywhere. What exists is any email you choose to send, and ordinary server records of pages being requested.
A short policy, because a static website that sells nothing directly has very little to be private about.
What this FlexGuard website collects
Four rows, and three of them say nothing or almost nothing.
| What | When | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nothing from a form | Never | Both templates on the contact page are copy-and-paste aids and submit nowhere | Not applicable |
| Your email and its contents | Only if you write to us | To answer you, and to correct a page if you have found an error | Until the question is resolved, then deleted on request |
| Ordinary server request records | On every page view | Keeping the site up and seeing that it is reachable | As the host retains them |
| No cookies set by this site | Never | There is nothing here that needs one: no account, no basket, no preference to remember | Not applicable |
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which is a third-party request your browser makes directly. Nothing else on this site is loaded from anywhere else.
That is the complete list. It is short because this website is a set of static pages: the checkout, the payment and the order record all live with the seller and with BuyGoods, under their own policies rather than this one.
What happens at the FlexGuard checkout, which is not here
Where the transaction happens, and whose policy covers it.
Clicking an order button on this website takes you to the seller's checkout, operated by BuyGoods. From that point the transaction is theirs: the name, the address, the card details and the order record are held by them under their own privacy policy and their own terms.
No card detail is ever entered on this website and this website has no form capable of accepting one. If a page ever appears to ask for card details on this domain, it is not this website and you should not use it.
The order desk reachable from these pages works from the seller's order record. That is why it can find an order from an email address and an order ID, and why the website inbox cannot.
The checkout displays the retailer's own privacy policy and terms before payment. They cover the transaction, and this policy covers this website. Two documents, two scopes, and the one that governs your card details is theirs.
Your choices about anything the FlexGuard desk holds
Five things you can ask for, and one address that handles four of them.
- Ask what is held. Write to [email protected]. If you have never written to that inbox, the answer is nothing.
- Ask for it to be deleted. Same address. An email thread can be deleted on request once the question in it is resolved.
- Ask for a correction. Same address, and the same one that handles corrections to these pages.
- Ask the seller about an order. That is the order desk, +1 (877) 257-0710, because the order record is theirs rather than this website's.
- Block the fonts. This website is designed to remain readable with webfonts blocked, which is a browser setting rather than something this site controls.
Nothing on that list needs a form, an account or a verification process, because there is no account to verify against. An email is the whole mechanism.
Children, and who this FlexGuard website is for
One short section, and the label's own age caution is the reason for it.
This website is written for adults. The product it describes carries a label caution excluding anyone under 18, and that exclusion is quoted in full on several pages here rather than paraphrased.
This desk does not knowingly collect anything from a child, and there is no mechanism on this website through which it could: no form submits, no account exists and no newsletter is offered.
If you believe a child has written to [email protected], say so in a reply and the thread will be deleted.
The same reasoning applies to the order desk, which works from a checkout that requires a payment card. Nothing here is designed for, marketed to, or usable by somebody the label excludes.
Third parties, and the short list of them on this FlexGuard site
Four entries, and there is no fifth.
| Who | What they see | Why they are here |
|---|---|---|
| Google Fonts | A request from your browser for two font files | The two typefaces these pages are set in. Blocking them leaves the site readable, which is a design requirement here rather than an accident |
| BuyGoods | Everything about an order you place | The retailer at the checkout. Their policy governs the transaction |
| The seller's order desk | Your order record | So a tracking question or a refund can be answered from the order itself |
| The web host | Ordinary server request records | Serving these pages. Standard logging, retained as the host retains it |
There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no chat widget and no social embed on this website. The list above is complete.
That list is unusually short for a commercial website, and the reason is structural rather than virtuous: a set of static pages with no basket and no account has very little to instrument.
It does have one practical consequence worth naming. Because there is no analytics on this site, this desk cannot tell which pages are read, and a correction sent by email is genuinely the main signal it gets about whether a page is any good.
FlexGuard privacy: short answers
Does this website sell my data?
No. There is nothing to sell: this website takes no payments, holds no accounts and runs no mailing list.
Do the forms on this website submit anything?
No. Both templates are there to make a message complete before you send it yourself.
Who holds my order details?
The seller and BuyGoods, the retailer at the checkout, under their own policies.
How do I ask what you hold?
Write to [email protected]. If you have written to that inbox, the email itself is what is held.
Ordering FlexGuard happens on the seller's checkout
Not on this website. This site holds no card details and has no form capable of accepting one.
